Privacy Policy

What this site collects. This site sets no cookies and uses no advertising trackers, fingerprinting, or cross-site identifiers. We receive: (1) whatever you choose to send us by email or telephone; (2) standard server logs (IP address, requested page, browser type), retained for up to 90 days for security and reliability; and (3) cookieless, aggregate usage statistics that identify no individual.

Why, and on what basis. Inquiry information is used to respond to you and, where an engagement follows, to administer it. Logs and aggregate statistics are used to keep the site secure and working — our legitimate interest in operating a reliable service. We do not sell personal data, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not use it for profiling.

No automated decisions. No decision affecting you is made solely by automated means. Consistent with the firm's practice, systems instrument our work; named principals decide.

Recipients and location. Data is processed in the United States by the firm and its infrastructure providers (hosting; cookieless analytics), each bound to process it only on our instructions.

Your choices and rights. Wherever you are located, you may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to records we are required or entitled to keep, including engagement and compliance records). Write to matters@intrustum.com. This site is operated from Texas and is not directed to the European Union; we nonetheless honor the requests above as a matter of practice.

Not for minors. This site is directed to businesses and professionals and not to anyone under 18.

Changes. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
